Any damage caused will result in extra cleaning and repair fees. Additionally, do not use any hair dye, fabric dye, glitter, or other staining materials. ◈ If you use spray tan, please bring your own linens as any stained linens may result in additional charges. The host is not liable for any adverse reactions. ◈ Please note that the fridge and pantry may contain food or consumables available for guest use, but it is your responsibility to inspect these items before consumption. Please dispose of any perishable items before leaving. ◈ The fridge and pantry are available for storing food and other consumables. However, the thermostat AC will not go below 72℉ to avoid damaging the system, and space heaters must be turned off when not in use to prevent tripping breakers. ◈ You are welcome to adjust the climate and lighting to your liking. Please note that parking outside of these designated areas may result in fines from the HOA. ◈ Parking for up to two vehicles is provided on the driveway, with additional spaces available in gravel parking spots along the street and in the overflow parking. Please keep pets off furniture, especially leather sofa. We do provide dog bowls, waste bags, and dog-towels for convenience. Dog waste must be picked up and disposed of. Only house trained-dogs with responsible owners are allowed. The dog must be up to date on all vaccines and flea and tick treatment. Failure to do so may result in extra cleaning fees. ◈ Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and any additional cleaning fees required to remove odor and stains will be applied. ◈ If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me via call or text.
